Mix flour, vanilla sugar and salt. Beat eggs until thick and creamy. Coffee cream and lard become lukewarm and together with the beaten eggs to the flour mixture form. Add kirsch and juice of one lemon and knead into a smooth dough. Prepare immediately! Cut off small pieces of the dough and roll out very thinly on flour. Roll into small oval pieces in your hand and bake in a cast iron pan in hot fat or oil until done. Finally, dust with powdered sugar.
