For the ice cream á la Tiramisu crumble the wholemeal biscuits. Add eggnog and season with a little cocoa powder.

Put half of the sponge mixture in a bowl, place 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream on top. Place the second layer of biscotti and remaining vanilla ice cream on top, decorate with a nice piece of biscotti and some cocoa.

Pour some more eggnog over the ice cream if desired.
