Instructions:

For the Danube waves with cherries, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy and slowly add the oil. Then mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture alternately with the milk.

Spread half of the batter on a baking tray and mix the remaining batter with the cocoa powder and the tablespoon of milk. Carefully spread the dark mixture over the light mixture.

Spread the cherries on top and bake in the oven at approx. 160 °C hot air for 30 minutes.
