Rinse blueberries in cold water in a baking bowl, remove stems. Remove leaves and drain. Frozen must be defrosted according to instructions. Pour berries into a large enough bowl. Sprinkle sugar on top.

For the dough, put flour on a baking board or on the surface form. Press an indentation in the center. Add egg, sugar and salt. Place light butter in flakes on top of flour. Knead quickly from the outside in to form a dough. Set dough aside to chill for half an hour.

In the meantime, heat butter in a frying pan. Stir in bread crumbs until brown. Remove from frying pan. Cool on a plate.

Roll out two-thirds of the dough to 2 cm thickness. Line a greased ovenproof dish with it. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Pour blueberries on top. Roll out the rest of the dough to form a lid. Cut stars out of the lid so that the steam can escape. Place the lid on the blueberries. Press together at the edge.

Mix egg yolks and brush the dough with them.

Place in the heated oven on the lowest shelf. Baking time: 25 min.
