Prepare coarse meal with eggs and milk until smooth. Fold in cheese, season with salt and paprika powder.

Add light butter to the dough. It will become smoother.

Spread the dough in about finger thickness on a greased baking sheet. Let rest for about 2 hours.

Portion into 5×5 cm squares and toast in hot vegetable fat until golden brown.

Work sunflower seeds. Serve with herb sauce and fresh carrot vegetables.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for extra flavor!
