For the cream of zucchini soup, finely chop the onion and dice the bacon. Brown the onion and bacon in a little fat. Wash zucchini and cut into cubes with the peel.Add crème fraîche to the sautéed onions and bacon and mix. Dust with flour, add zucchini and stir frequently. Pour in beef broth and milk and let steep for 10 minutes.

Puree the cream of zucchini soup in a blender. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
