Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Quickly knead butter, flour, sugar and spices into a dough. Roll out thinly on a lightly floured work surface and cut out various shapes. Make sure there are an even number of cookies from each shape so they can be assembled later.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut a hole in the center of half of the cookies.
Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then let cool.
Melt the white chocolate coating slowly, put it in a paper bag and decorate the cookies with the hole.
Spread whole cookies with jam and place cookies with hole on top.
