For the cold tomato soup, wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and put them in a blender.

Wash, seed and remove the stalks from the peppers and add them to the blender as well. Grate the horseradish and ginger and add them. Add ice cubes and blend everything until you get a creamy cold vegetable soup.

Pass the cold tomato and bell pepper soup through a sieve and season to taste with a little Tabasco sauce and salt.

Divide the cold tomato soup among four plates and serve with the grated cheese.
