For the gratinated cheese pasta, cook the pasta according to package directions. If you use different types, pay attention to their possibly different cooking times!
Grate the cheese or cut into small cubes and heat in the milk so that the cheese melts slowly.
Add the pasta cooked al dente to the cheese sauce, season with salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and bake in the oven at 190 °C until the surface is lightly browned.
The gratinated cheese pasta goes well with green salad.
