For the Sacher cake, grate the butter until fluffy. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, warmed chocolate and yolks separately.

Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir alternately with the snow of 10 egg whites.

Bake the cake slowly for 1.5 hours at 150 °C. Let the cake cool after baking. Cut in half, spread with apricot jam and cover with chocolate icing.
