Coarsely grate the cauliflower on a vegetable slicer. Remove the core from the peppers and the stalks from the tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Finely dice the onion and add to the vegetables. Stir the whey concentrate with the oil, frutilose and creamed thick milk, press the garlic clove through a press and season the sauce well with salt and paprika powder. Fold the sauce into the vegetables and sprinkle the raw vegetables with paprika powder and chive rolls.
