Cut the red cabbage into fine noodles, add salt, caraway seeds, leave in a porcelain bowl for some time. Fry a finely chopped onion with the sugar on the fat until golden, then add the cabbage, stew with lemon juice and wine until soft. Peel the apples and add them as well. When the cabbage is soft, you may dust it with 20g of flour. (But it is not necessary!)
