Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water until al dente and briefly rinse with cold water. Cut the ham into small cubes. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, salt, pepper and season with herbs. In an ovenproof dish lined with baking paper, place the cauliflower, sprinkle the ham and pour the cream-egg mixture over it. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with green salad or any other salad.
