Peel apples, remove core and cut into wedges, sprinkle with juice of one lemon and mix with walnuts, sugar and raisins. Leave in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Fold in yogurt before serving. Fill portions into dessert bowls, garnish with walnut halves.

Tip: Use creamy plain yogurt for an even finer result!
