Clean and rinse Brussels sprouts, finely dice onion. Heat fat in saucepan on 2 or automatic heat 4-5.
Sauté onion and Brussels sprouts in it. Add apples cut into slices and sauté as well. Add spices, extinguish with wine and water, cook in closed saucepan for 15 minutes on 1 or automatic heat 4-5. Lightly roast almond flakes in a frying pan. Serve Brussels sprouts sprinkled with flaked almonds.
