Recipe for herb butter:
4 cloves of garlic chop kitchen herbs finely, chop garlic finely 1/2 bunch parsley soft butter, salt and pepper to it the whole dill to taste stir well. Form 25o g soft butter into rolls on damp parchment paper, set aside to cool. Cut slices into small pieces.
If needed, add 1 teaspoon salt, a quarter teaspoon pepper.
