Soften the potatoes in boiling hot water for 10-15 min, drain and cool.

Spread the cucumber slices evenly on a plate and sprinkle with salt.

Stand for 30 min, then rinse under cold running water and dry with kitchen roll.

Arrange the cucumber and radish slices on a serving platter, pile the cooked potatoes in the middle on top.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and spread it evenly over the lettuce so that all the ingredients of the salad are coated. Refrigerate before serving.
