Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Rinse beans, cut into chunks. Cut mushrooms in half. Peel garlic cloves and cut into fine slices. Rinse savory and dry. Layer beans, mushrooms, a little salt and pepper, garlic and savory alternately in jars and fill them 2/3 full with water. Close the jars tightly and cook at 100 °C for about one hour.

Ideal for buffets or possibly with yogurt dressing as a leaf salad.
