For baked goat cheese, first prepare the jam. For the jam, chop the figs and put them in a pot. Add the sugar, the juice and zest of the lemon and bring to a boil briefly with the water.
Cook on low to medium heat for 10 minutes. Pour into a sterile jar and turn upside down. Let cool. First, cut the goat cheese into 2 cm slices.
Place on a baking tray and brush with a little honey. Let it bake for about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Serve with the fig jam.
