Homemade baby food – First complementary food.
For the buckwheat-strawberry porridge, bring 150 ml of water to a boil. Add the buckwheat flour, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to swell for approx. 5 minutes.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems and leaves. Mash with a fork or blend with a hand blender to a fine puree. Stir the strawberry puree into the buckwheat porridge. Now stir the butter into the buckwheat-strawberry porridge.
