Instructions:

Boil asparagus spears with water and salt, boil for 10 minutes and drain.

Cut ham and onions into cubes, potatoes and tomatoes into slices. Put half of the potatoes, half of the asparagus, half of the ham, half of the tomatoes and half of the onions into a gratin dish. Sprinkle with tarragon, salt and pepper and layer the second half.

Mix whipped cream with eggs and pour over the top.

Grate cheese, sprinkle over casserole and add butter flakes on top. place in cold oven.
