Sauté minced meat, finely diced bacon, chopped onion and garlic clove in olive oil. Sprinkle with flour, extinguish with tomato juice and 1 cup of water.

Add the chopped tomatoes and the Italian spice mix, let it boil and let the Nescafe melt in it. Pour in well drained mushroom pieces and steam for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper, salt, sugar and crème fraîche.

Cook spaghetti in enough salted water until “al dente”. Drain well, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese in a baking dish and top with butter flakes. Serve with the sauce. Serve with a radicchio salad and a red wine.
