For the asparagus on spicy bean sprouts, peel the asparagus, cut off the hard tip and cut into coarse pieces. Steam in a steamer until tender.
In a wok pan, heat the oil and sauté the bean sprouts until hot. Crumble the bouillon cube well and stir into the vegetables. Then season with soy sauce. Add a little salt to the asparagus and arrange the finished asparagus pieces on the finished bean sprouts. Serve the asparagus on spicy bean sprouts.
