Brown meat in hot oil, season with salt and pepper.

Add onions, tomatoes and peppers, stew briefly until soft.

gradually add long-grain rice, simmer on low heat.

Serve with Leaf salad or fried bananas, drizzled with a little juice of a lemon and a little honey.

Nigeria served warm with fried cooking banaen (dodo).
