For the pasta in tomato bell pepper top sauce, cook the pasta of choice in plenty of salted water according to package directions until al dente. Wash the peppers and tomatoes.
Cut the peppers into very small cubes. Skin the tomatoes and dice them as well. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan.
Saute the onions until translucent, then add the peppers and cover and saute for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then add the whipping cream and simmer a little.
Season everything with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve on warmed plates.
