Instructions:

For the asparagus pizza, remove the woody ends from the asparagus and blanch in plenty of boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Remove from water and rinse with cold water.

Mix the curd, egg and oil in a bowl. Mix flour, baking powder and 1 pinch of salt, add to curd mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Roll out thinly onto a piece of oiled baking paper the size of a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200°.

Cut tomatoes into strips. Cut onion into fine rings. Cut asparagus once lengthwise and cut in half if desired. Spread dough with sour cream, spread tomatoes on top. Then add asparagus, onion and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake the asparagus pizza for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
