For the yeast dough strudel with minced meat, first prepare the yeast dough. Mix flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Fry the minced meat in olive oil, season with salt and pepper and paprika. Fry the diced vegetables and the onion briefly and let everything cool down.
