Sauté the turkey cutlets in hot olive oil, but without letting them take color. Add the diced onion and garlic and sauté until soft. Extinguish with the white wine. Now add the tomato pieces and diced peppers and simmer everything together for about 5 minutes on low heat, so that the liquid boils down a little bit.
Season to taste with the spices. To refine, add a little crème fraîche or whipped cream. It goes very well with brown rice.
