A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Pine nuts or other nut kernels for topping.

Knead together flour, millet flakes, nuts, date paste and fat. Chill the dough for half an hour. Roll out between plastic wrap to about half an inch thick. Cut out small squares. Brush each square with egg white and top with pine nuts. Place on prepared baking sheets and place in oven. Switch to 175 degrees and bake about 15 min, the next baking sheet only 10 min.
