Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180° C (convection oven). Mix flour with sugar, gingerbread spice and 1 pinch of salt. Add butter in small flakes and egg and work everything with your hands or with the dough hook of the hand mixer to a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough thinly (3-4mm) on a lightly floured work surface. Cut out circles with ramekins or small glasses. Fill with Milka products and fold together or cover with a second circle, sealing the edges with a fork.

Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes until light yellow.
