Minced Steaks with Paprika

Instructions:

1. soak the rolls. Soak long-grain rice in a good 400 ml of boiling salted water with the lid closed at a low temperature for 18-20 min.

2. remove the skin from the onions. Finely dice 1 onion. Knead together the squeezed minced meat, rolls, egg and half of the onion cubes. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Form 4 flat meat loafs out of it.

Fry the minced steaks in 2 tbsp. hot oil for 6-8 minutes on each side. 4.

In the meantime, clean, rinse and chop the peppers. Sauté remaining diced onion in 1 tbsp hot oil. Add bell bell pepper and sauté for 4-5 min until soft. Add tomato ketchup and simmer briefly on low heat. Season with pepper, sweet, salt paprika and maybe Tabasco.

Cut one onion into rings. After about 8 minutes, add the onion rings to the minced steaks and roast until golden brown.

Arrange everything on plates.
