For the pear-grape dumplings, wash and peel the pears and remove the skin, then cut into small cubes.
Heat water in a saucepan, adding 170 g of sugar and stirring constantly to dissolve. Pour the hot sugar water over the fruit.
Remove the cubes and let cool. Melt butter, fry breadcrumbs and remaining sugar in it.
Mix in pear pieces, eggs, curd, nuts, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Heat the oil. Hold hands under cold water and form dumplings.
Fill with a grape and fry the pear-grape dumplings and in the oil.
