Instructions:

Heat the chicken soup and cook the breast fillets in it. Cut chicken breast into strips and mix on a deep plate with chopped cucumbers and enough cucumber brine to steep for one night.

Cut cucumbers into cubes. Hard boil eggs, rinse, peel and then cut into quarters. Drain pineapple.

Stir in pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, capers and eggs and mayo and season with pepper and salt.
