For the berry tart, crumble the butter cookies and mix with the melted butter. Press this cookie mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper and smooth it with your fingers.
Then place the mold in the refrigerator, where the base will set after about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth and add the pureed strawberries and sugar, fold in the whipped cream and then add the gelatin according to instructions on the package.
Spread this mixture on the cake layer and let it set for about three hours. Do NOT put in the freezer! Garnish with berries or any fruit before serving.
