For the quiche with salmon, feta cheese and leeks, first grease the pie dish, line with puff pastry. Mix crème fraîche with eggs and pepper until smooth. Cut feta cheese and salmon into cubes and mix in. Cut leek into noodles and sauté in butter until translucent and also add to the mixture.
Pour into the pie dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The quiche with salmon, feta cheese and leeks can be enjoyed warm or cold!
