For the cannelloni, chop onion, squeeze garlic, sauté in oil. Mix in minced meat, eggs and spices.
Clean chanterelle, wash briefly, cut into small pieces and add. The mixture should taste a bit spicy.
Carefully fill into the briefly pre-cooked cannelloni and then put this into a greased form. Prepare a béchamel sauce with butter, flour and milk, season and stir in cheese.
Pour the sauce over the cannelloni and bake for about 45 minutes.
