For the tuna noodle casserole preheat oven to 200°C. Cook pasta until al dente, strain. Fry finely chopped onion in olive oil (it is best to use the oil from the tuna can). Finely chop garlic and add with tuna. Add chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. You can also add basil or marjoram to the pan if desired.

Put the pasta in the baking dish and spread the sauce evenly over it. Tear the mozarella into pieces and spread on top. Grate the parmesan on top and put the tuna pasta casserole in the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
