In a shallow vessel, bubble orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon twist, coffee, cloves, cinnamon and sugar. Add alcohol, flambé, extinguish with remaining coffee. Cream milk and vanilla with hand mixer (perhaps add cream stiffener). Foam on the coffee form, sprinkle with cocoa, garnish each with 1 dwarf orange.
