For the curd vegetable dip with papadums, coarsely grate the zucchini and radishes, quarter the tomatoes and mix with the cress. Put the vegetables in a bowl and season with parsley, salt and pepper.
Add the curd cheese and mix well. Prepare the papads according to the package: Separate them from each other and heat them individually in a hot pan until bubbles form and they turn slightly brown. Serve together with the fresh curd vegetable dip.
