A cake recipe for all foodies:
Prepare all ingredients for the filling exactly to an even amount. Cover and let rest.
In the meantime, cook the dough. To do this, put the flour in a suitable bowl and season with salt. Add the lard and knead together leisurely. Add cold water a tablespoon at a time until a compact but smooth dough is formed. Dust a surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly. Using a water glass, cut out circles about 10 cm in diameter. Place a tiny bit of filling on each dough circle. Fold the dough circles into crescents and press firmly at the edges. Cover and let rest for a few hours.
Preheat the stove to 150 °C. Dust a baking tray with flour and place the pardulas on it. Bake in hot oven until golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with water and dust with powdered sugar.
