For quick vegetable-potato soup from the Thermomix, first peel and quarter the onion, add to the mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds / speed 5. Weigh in the oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes / Varoma / speed 1.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into rough pieces. Divide the broccoli into florets. Clean the celery, wash and cut into coarse pieces. Add the vegetables to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds / speed 4. Add the soup and 600 g water and cook the vegetables for 15 minutes / Varoma / speed 2. Meanwhile, slice the sausages.
