Lightly brown butter and add flour without color. Deglaze with white wine, pour in strong cold meat soup and cream. Let it boil well. Blend with a hand blender and stir in grated cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into hot soup bowls and serve with toasted bread slices.
