For the zucchini loaf, wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Mix with bread cubes, salt and let rest for about 15 minutes.
Finely dice the onion, fry in the fat and add to the zucchini mixture. Cut the meat loaf into small cubes and add to the mixture with eggs and breadcrumbs.
Season with marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into loaves.
Turn in breadcrumbs and fry the zucchini loafs in hot fat until crispy on both sides.
