For the wild garlic spaghetti with crayfish, first prepare the pesto. For the pesto, coarsely chop the wild garlic and place in a tall container.
Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts, season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend everything with a blender to a thick or compact mass (depending on taste).
