For the wine doughnuts, make a dough from flour, butter, yolks, white wine, sour cream, baking powder and salt. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 4 mm and cut out shapes as desired.
For example, stars or shamrocks are recommended.
Bake the Weinkrapferl in the oven at 200 °C for about 12 minutes.
When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
