For the lowcarb meat loaf, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the bell bell pepper and the tomato and cut them into very fine cubes. Peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the diced vegetables and the eggs (preferably by hand). Now add the spices (paprika, salt, garlic, caraway), bacon cubes and mustard.

Brush a baking dish with a little oil and place small heaps of the mixture on it and flatten slightly. Pour a little water on top (only the bottom should be very lightly covered). Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
