Bring milk to a boil and let rasp melt in it.

Allow gelatine to swell in cold water for 10 minutes, then melt in the hot chocolate.

Fill into dessert bowls and cool.

Serve garnished with whipped cream.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
