Cook long grain rice according to package directions. In the meantime, season and pull the fillet. Fry the onion in oil. Fry paradeis pulp briefly, pour water. Add bell pepper and cucumber strips. Season and steam briefly until soft. Heat light butter in a frying pan. Roast the fish in it for 5-10 minutes. Arrange with the vegetables. Mix the minced kitchen herbs with the cooked long grain rice.
