For the grilled trout, wash the trout, sprinkle inside and out with lemon juice and salt. Peel the garlic cloves and flatten them with your hand. Stuff rosemary and garlic into the belly cavity of the trout. Sprinkle trout with breadcrumbs, immediately place on hot grill and grill indirectly at about 180 to 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.

Remove the garlic cloves and rosemary sprig before serving. Grilled trout goes well with grilled potatoes.
