For the Swiss stone pine syrup, boil the washed and crushed Swiss stone pine cones with the water. Peel the lemon peel with a peeler and squeeze the lemon.
Add the lemon peel, juice, sugar, the herbs and the citric acid to the pot. Stir everything well until the sugar has dissolved. Cover and let stand for 48 hours.
Stir frequently. Strain the pine syrup, boil it and fill it into sterilized bottles.
